The Hot Hone Pump and Heating Unit is a powerful three-phase stand-alone piece of equipment that heats fluid up to engine operating temperatures. It then pumps the hot fluid to the honing machine where, using special torque plates, the fluid heats the engine block up to race temperatures. The cylinders can then be honed to size, round and parallel, whilst hot.
